• Engage the services of an architect or draftsperson to prepare plans for client's approval

• Hall Building Services prepares a 'scope of works' that details the client's requirements

• Hall Building Services prepares quotation for clients approval

• Hall Building Services prepares a contract that is signed by the client and Matthew Hall

• Plans are lodged with ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) for Development Approval (DA). This process can take approximately 45 days

• Engage the services of a Certifier for Building Approval (BA). This process can take approximately 2 - 4 weeks

• Once Hall Building Services has received the Development Approval and Building Approval works begin at a date agreed upon by the client and Hall Building Services
